The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

If you contact us via a form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract execution, the IP data of the connection owner is stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name, address, origin (country, city), language, operating system, device (e.g. smartphone or PC), browser, screen resolution, visitor sources, which data was downloaded, which videos were viewed, duration of stay on the website, where the visitor left the website, clicked advertising banners and selected payment services (such as Paypal account) or credit card number of the purchaser.
In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: telephone number and email address. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot enter into a contract with you. No data will be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and, under certain circumstances, to our tax consultant to meet our tax obligations.
The data stored by us will be deleted after the purchase process has been aborted. If a contract is signed, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiration of the product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the GDRP.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you when cookies are set and you only allow this in individual cases.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics of the company Google Ireland Limited based in Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This service may also transfer data to the United States of America.

We have entered into a corresponding contract with the provider for the processing of data on orders.
Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible.
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 section 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
The user data is stored for a period of 14 months.
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
Follow-up emails & unfinished purchases
As soon as you enter information (in particular your name and e-mail address) in the fields provided on the “Checkout” page, our system will collect this information. We may use this data to send you further information about the product by e-mail in case you do not complete the purchase.
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection regarding your data stored with us.
